Rico’s Colombian Cuisine

Their story began in 2017, when she made tamales and they wanted to share them with friends, since there were no Colombian restaurants around. Little by little, people started asking for more and they kept selling, even during the pandemic. In 2022 they joined Mexican fairs, where more and more people got to know them. After a year of paperwork, they finally got their food truck, which they inaugurated on January 28, 2023, and later that December they opened their restaurant. What started with homemade tamales has now become their dream come true.
